Single Asset Equity & Joint Ventures

Pipeline Development Structure
Under this structure, Investor Partner capital is contributed to the Development Project through CMCA via a forward purchase agreement. The deposit is used as the Developer's equity requirement. The documentation allows CMCA and its Investor Partners to function as the traditional limited partner role.

While CMCA does occasionally consider investments in single assets, CMCA's team of real estate investment professionals will typically design specific funds that provide equity financing for a portfolio of assets in partnership with a single Developer Partner. Such funds will typically cater to a specific real estate asset class and / or geography. Our designed funds will designate a target fund size with a minimum commitment of investment capital, based on target investment criteria.
